Tom Hickmore

Originally a video artist – with shows at MOMA and the ICA – Tom switched to the more grounded path of corporate video. In 1996 he began to specialise in video for learning and enjoyed the opportunity to make more drama. Tom has made short films, viral films, documentaries and dramas – always with the aspiration to make films that work.

Tom loves working with really receptive clients. He has a talent for leveraging small budgets with big ideas. He enjoys creating a little fiction that suggests a reality beyond the edges of the screen. His best days are made up of getting in a groove filming with a tight team of actors, technicians and producers. And he’s proud of making video content that does the job without showing off.
