The Leadership Angel – Interactive Drama

It’s finally here! We’re delighted to be able to share our interactive drama ‘The Leadership Angel’.

This piece was designed to showcase effective interactive drama for learning, and help solve the problem of hard to reach audiences such as ‘click happy’ millennials and ‘stuck in their ways’ managers. The drama focuses on failing manager ‘Stuart’ and his journey to become a better leader, with the help of ‘The Leadership Angel’, played by the fantastic comedian Joanna Neary.

The piece shows how powerful interactive drama can be when used in a learning context, using comedy and heightened reality as well as interactivity, to increase learner engagement. Click through the drama to take Stuart through the tasks set to him by the angel, and see what he learns about leadership.
